The Pilot
The Pilot is a 5-week implementation designed to create foundational FP&A capability with limited complexity and fast business value. It is ideal for start-ups and scale-ups that need stronger financial visibility and structure, but do not yet need a full-scale transformation. The engagement focuses on practical outputs that support immediate decision-making while laying the groundwork for future expansion.
The Pilot begins with business understanding and a review of the current finance and reporting environment. From there, the work moves into data readiness and a simplified data architecture, followed by one functioning data flow that supports reporting outputs. On top of this foundation, one selected FP&A driver model is built, aligned to the business’s real financial and operational context, together with one executive dashboard that highlights key KPIs, trends, and core management insights.
