Health Check
The Health Check is a structured diagnostic of the current FP&A, data, and reporting environment. It is designed to give leadership a practical view of what is working, what is not, and where the biggest opportunities for improvement sit across process, data, reporting, and financial planning. This is not a full implementation; it is a focused assessment and action plan.
Over three weeks, the work reviews the current management reporting pack, planning files, data extracts, and selected stakeholder inputs. Maturity is assessed across FP&A, data management, and reporting practices, with particular focus on root causes behind recurring pain points such as fragmented reporting, limited ownership, poor data quality, manual effort, and reactive planning cycles. The diagnostic also identifies practical quick wins that can be implemented fast without needing a full rebuild.
The output includes a current-state snapshot, a maturity scorecard, a quick-wins register, key issue and root-cause analysis, a prioritized roadmap, and a target-state blueprint. The engagement ends with a readout workshop and a decision gate on whether to proceed into a Pilot or a wider transformation phase.
